Is BikeControl free?
Free to try, yes — you can pair a controller and ride without paying. Virtual shifting is included for up to 20 minutes per day on the free and Base versions; Pro removes the daily limit.
What is the difference between Base and Pro?
Base gives you unlimited actions and a direct connection to your trainer on one platform. Pro adds virtual shifting, three actions per button, use on all platforms, command and shortcut triggers, device and music controls, and screenshots.
Is it a one-time purchase or a subscription?
Both, depending on what you need. Base is a one-time purchase of about 4.99 $. Pro is a subscription — about 2.25 $/month billed yearly, or about 2.50 $/month.
Does one purchase cover all my devices?
A Base purchase applies to the platform you bought it on. Using BikeControl on all platforms is a Pro feature, so one Pro subscription covers iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS together.
What if it does not work with my setup?
Try it first — the free version exists so you can confirm your controller and trainer app work before paying. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under their normal policy.
