Connects over
- Network. BikeControl reaches Rouvy over your network, from another device such as your phone or from the same computer.
- Bluetooth. Rouvy pairs with BikeControl like a Bluetooth controller, so BikeControl can run on a phone or tablet next to it.
- Local. BikeControl presses the keys and taps for Rouvy on the device Rouvy runs on.
In Rouvy 4.5.4 or later, open the connection/pairing screen: BikeControl appears there as an available controller.

How to use Keyboard input with Rouvy
Install BikeControl
Install BikeControl on iOS, Android, Windows or macOS — on the device that runs your trainer app, or on a phone or tablet next to it.
Choose your keys
Use a keyboard — or a key remapper such as AutoHotkey or Karabiner — as BikeControl's input source.
Select Rouvy
In BikeControl, select Rouvy as your trainer app.

Connect BikeControl
Turn on Network, Bluetooth, or Local in BikeControl. In Rouvy 4.5.4 or later, open the connection/pairing screen: BikeControl appears there as an available controller.
- Open Rouvy and head to the connection / pairing screen.


Ride
Start Rouvy. Each key you press reaches Rouvy as the action you mapped it to.
- BikeControl appears as an available controller — connect, and you're ready to ride!
Rouvy Officially Supports BikeControl
Official Support. Rouvy 4.5.4 adds official BikeControl support. Connect your controller via Network (recommended) or Bluetooth — both methods work right out of the box. Bluetooth is especially useful on iOS, keeping BikeControl active even when running in the background.
